Service Provision, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers browse tours and guides, review information, send a booking request, and communicate with the provider. The guide or provider confirms availability, service details, time, meeting point, price, and conditions. The service is performed directly at the time and place confirmed by the parties.

Cancellation terms, notice periods, cancellation fees, schedule changes, and any non-refundable amounts must be published or communicated by the provider before confirmation or payment. Changes should be reconfirmed by the parties.

Because the Company does not collect or hold money, a refund for money paid directly by the customer is handled by the guide or provider that received the money, under the published terms, agreement, and applicable law. The Company receives complaints, supports verification, and may request an explanation or corrective action from the provider.

The provider must notify the customer promptly, address money already received, and meet the agreement and legal obligations. The Company may help connect an alternative when possible and may manage the account if a violation is found.

Customers follow the cancellation conditions published or confirmed for the service. If money must be refunded, the party that directly received it is responsible for the refund under the applicable conditions.

When a service is affected by a natural disaster, weather, disease, government decision, attraction closure, or another objective event, the parties should prioritise rescheduling or an alternative arrangement. Any refund is determined by the agreement, reasonable actual costs, and applicable law.

Users may stop using their account through available features or by contacting the Company. The Company may restrict or end use for violations, fraud, false information, or platform/user risk. Ending an account does not remove obligations that arose earlier.
