Payment Policy

Vietnam Local Tour Guide currently does not provide an online payment gateway, collect payments, hold payments, or process service-payment funds. After the service details are confirmed, the customer pays the guide or provider directly using a mutually agreed method that complies with applicable law.

• The total service price and what is included or excluded.
• Any deposit, payment time, and the person receiving the money.
• The direct payment method agreed between customer and provider.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions.

The guide or provider must provide accurate recipient information, disclose the price and payment conditions, meet documentation or tax duties when legally required, and process any refund for money directly received by that provider.

Customers should verify the recipient, amount, service details, and cancellation/refund conditions before paying, and retain payment evidence for reconciliation when needed.

Because the Company does not receive or control the flow of funds, it does not automatically debit or refund money for a provider. The Company receives complaints, supports verification using platform information, and may manage violating accounts under the Platform Operating Regulations. Vietnam Local Tour Guide does not store customers’ bank-card information.
