Service Conditions & Restrictions

The platform covers travel services in Vietnam, primarily local-guide services, tours/private tours, and related travel support services that may lawfully be provided. The operator holds International Tour Operator Licence 01-0016/2026/SĐL-GP LHQT for inbound travel services.

Providers must give truthful information, meet applicable business or professional requirements, licences, guide cards, or specialist-document requirements, list only services they have the right and ability to provide, and take responsibility for published quality, price, and content.

The Company may request supporting documents, verify information, and reject or hide a profile or service that does not meet requirements. Display on the platform does not remove the provider’s legal responsibility.

Providers must not list prohibited services, impersonation, misleading information, content infringing another person’s rights, services lacking required conditions, misleading claims about licences, capability, quality, or price, or content using the platform for an unlawful purpose.

Availability depends on guide schedules, location, language, group size, weather, attraction conditions, local rules, and other objective factors. Specific conditions must be confirmed before the service is performed.

The Company may request correction, issue a warning, hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, and coordinate with competent authorities when necessary.
