Pricing Policy

Service prices are displayed on the relevant service, tour, or profile page, or communicated to the customer before the booking request is confirmed. Prices supplied by a guide or provider must be accurate, clear, and consistent with the service description.

Depending on the service, a price may be calculated by hour, day, trip, group, or another disclosed method. Included and excluded items, taxes, fees, surcharges, entrance tickets, transport, meals, and other costs must be stated in the description or agreed with the customer before the transaction.

A price change after a customer sends a request must be clearly communicated and applies only when the parties confirm it. A guide or provider must not add an undisclosed or unagreed charge unless applicable law provides otherwise. Vietnam Local Tour Guide does not create hidden fees.

The provider is responsible for the price it publishes. The Company may require correction, temporarily hide, or remove pricing information that is unclear, inaccurate, misleading, or potentially unlawful, and accepts customer complaints about pricing.

At the time this policy is published, Vietnam Local Tour Guide does not charge guides a commission or platform fee for service payments and does not collect customer money. Any future fee mechanism will be disclosed before it is applied.
